Description
Sacred Sound Healing: Tibetan & Ancient Indian Traditions
2-Day Practitioner Training
This immersive two-day training offers a deep introduction to the ancient art of sound healing using traditional Tibetan and Indian instruments. Rooted in centuries-old Himalayan and Indian wisdom, this training explores sound as a powerful tool for restoring balance, calming the nervous system, and supporting physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
Through guided practice, theory, and experiential learning, participants will discover how sacred sound and vibration have been used historically in meditation, ritual, and healing. You will learn to work intuitively and safely with instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls and other ancient sound tools, understanding how frequency, resonance, and intention influence the body and mind.
This training is suitable for wellness practitioners, therapists, yoga teachers, and anyone drawn to sound as a healing modality, as well as those seeking a personal, spiritual, or meditative practice. No prior experience is required.
Over the two days, participants will:
• Learn the foundations and philosophy of Tibetan and ancient Indian sound healing
• Understand how sound affects the nervous system, energy centres, and emotional states
• Explore correct and respectful use of traditional instruments
• Practice one-to-one and group sound healing techniques
• Develop confidence in creating grounding, safe, and nurturing sound experiences
• Experience deep relaxation and self-healing through sound immersion
This training honours the sacred roots of sound healing while offering practical skills that can be integrated into modern wellbeing and therapeutic settings. Participants will leave feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped with tools to use sound consciously for healing, meditation, and self-care.
A certificate of completion may be provided upon finishing the training.
