Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you’re based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch at info@melissajanes.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment being received. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another once it has been dispatched.
